I feel compelled to send this letter advising you of our experiences during the construction of our building at 1900 State Street, Bettendorf, Iowa, with Precision Builders as the General Contractor. The building was completed on time and on budget. From start to finish the communication and attention to detail by Steve and the job superintendent was excellent. The quality of the work was also excellent. As with every building project, a “punchlist” has to be taken care of after completion. Steve was constantly stopping by or calling to make sure his subcontractors were taking care of the items on the list. Let me assure you that if we were to build another building we would want Precision Builders to be the General Contractor.
